Visakhapatnam Special Economic zone (VSEZ) is a multi-product SEZ spread over 360.5 Acres that offers state of the art infrastructure and support services for hassle free business environment. The infrastructure facilities available in VSEZ are:-

DEVELOPED PLOTS: Fully developed plots of sizes varying from half-acre and above are allotted on lease basis by following competitive bidding methodology. The reserve price fixed for Lease Rentals is Rs. 163/- per square meter per annum, to be paid on quarterly basis. The Lease Rent will be enhanced by 10% every year.
INDUSTRIAL SHEDS/TRADING SHEDS: Industrial sheds of size 1000 sq mtr and trading sheds of size 100 sq mtr are also available on lease basis. The allotment will made by following competitive bidding methodology. The reserve price fixed for lease rentals is Rs. 1223/- per square meter per annum. The Lease Rent will be enhanced by 10% every year
STANDARD DESIGN FACTORY COMPLEX: Standard Design Factory (SDF) Complexes are constructed in the zone to facilitate the entrepreneurs to have a ready build premises for setting up units immediately without any loss of time. The allotment will made on lease basis by following competitive bidding methodology. The reserve price fixed for lease rentals is Rs. 1223/- per square meter per annum. The Lease Rent will be enhanced by 10% every year.
POWER: A dedicated 132/33 KV sub-station exists. The tariff for power is as per the rates prescribed by the A.P. Transco from time to time.
WATER: Abundant and good quality water is made available from a nearby reservoir. Besides, adequate alternate arrangements have also been made for supply of ground water. The charges are W.e.f 01.12.15 Rs.72/- per KL.
OTHER FACILITIES: Incinerator, Rain Harvesting Structure, Sandalwood Park, Chandan Park & Public toilets.
ROUND THE CLOCK SECURITY: The zone is manned by the security round the clock in 3 shifts along with monitoring through CCTV network with 6 Scooters for night patrolling.
BANKS: Two public sector banks namely Andhra Bank and State Bank of India have full-fledged branches operating from the Administrative Building of VSEZ. Both the banks are authorized to deal in foreign exchange.
